Month-Of Service - $500
Includes 4 weeks before wedding day:
•Decorating, hand-on projects and more
•Managing day-of event
•Final seating arrangement
•Managing timeline and final details
•Assisting with RSVP tracking
Week-Of Service - $350
Includes 7 days before wedding:
•Decorating, hand-on projects and more
•Managing day-of event
•Managing deliveries, pick-ups and timeline
•Vendor Confirmation
•Final appointments
Day of Wedding On-site Coordination - $225
Includes rehearsal and wedding day:
•Organize and direct the event flow
•Help/coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up
•Coordinate and pay vendors
•Meet and greet guests
•Emergency Kit
All prices include one person. Need a second person for the day-of? Add it on to any package for $100

Why are your rates so much lower?
I am frequently asked this question by brides so I decided to post the answer on my website. While many may assume it's because I have no experience or don't do many events, the truth is much simpler.
I offer low rates because I understand that not everyone can afford to pay more for a coordinator with a bigger name or better website. I am a professional coordinator and have worked with some of the best vendors in Middle TN.
I have been doing event planning for 10 years and have handled events for companies, academic institutions and religious organizations in addition to helping dozens and dozens of brides. I am comfortable with budget minded and DIY brides who need help pulling things together and making it happen!
